  • Initial fitness assessment and definition of your personal fitness goals.
  • Weekly specialized training tailored to your individual needs.
  • Systematic progressions with a focus on developing core strength, stabilization, balance, awareness of breath and breathing technique, correct postural alignment and the development of overall strength and physical integrity.
  • One hour of individualized attention and support to help you attain your fitness and lifestyle objectives.

Personal Training sessions are held at numerous locations throughout Manhattan.
